- Exhibitor Fee: $100.00, not refundable. There is no application fee. This fee is only necessary if you are accepted. Payment Made To: Arts Trussville, Inc. Further instructions will be forthcoming.

Eligibility
Open to all artists and craftspeople whose work is ORIGINAL in concept, design, and execution. No work will be accepted that has been made with the use of commercial kits, molds, patterns, plans, stencils, or prefabricated forms.
Selection of Exhibitors
All artists and craftspeople will be juried. Please submit 3 images (jpg, png, webp, or pdf) in the form below. Alternatively to uploading 3 images, you may include links to your professional website or social media channels that reflect the current art you will be exhibiting.
Display
The 2024 Gateway Art Festival will be in Trussville's Gateway Entertainment District. Tents will be placed in the green area on the map below. Each exhibitor will be assigned a space measuring approximately 12x12 feet. Artists are responsible for their display materials, tents, and sales tax reporting. All proceeds go to the artists. Exhibitors do not need a peddler's license. Please make sure your tent is weighted down. There will be no power available and very little shade available.
Agreement
I have read the rules governing the 2024 Gateway Art Festival. I accept full responsibility for my exhibit. I release the Gateway Art Festival organizing committee, its representatives, the Gateway Entertainment District, and the City of Trussville, from any liability whatsoever for loss, damage, theft, or defacement of any property displayed or used in connection with my exhibit.
